それがあって説明が大変（OS依存なら楽ですが、機種依存なので...）なので、ファンクションキー関係のことは説明しなくても良いようにした感じです。 |

Chrome の画面見てみたら F12 のってなかったですし、多分 F12 は IE 互換で残しているのかもしれません。たしかに Ctrl+Shift+I の方がよさそうですね！
