What needs to be done
Major README update: add badges (CI, Built-with, compliance), update Whats Included tree with ALL new files, update Features (six-agent AI, compliance audit, security scanning, devcontainer), add IMPORTANT callout about template transfer, add sections (Release, Security Scanning, Dev Environment, AI Security), add FAQ entries, social preview docs, topics recommendation. Use collapsible details for new sections.
