Fix Github Actions + test runner

Fixes the GitHub Actions issues introduced by PR #72 and also:

• Introduces a pnpm test command
• Adds a tests directory to be checked by prettier

@quuu I believe this one may still be considered after merging #87, mainly because it introduces the execute-tests.ts script.
