What the change does

  • Adds a size memo (prevSizeRef) so setSize only dispatches when width/height actually changed.
  • Adds a timing-change detector (didChange) so live updates do not dispatch forceRender unless root/span timing changed.

Net effect: reduces redundant renders/dispatches in timeline + resize flows, likely improving perf during live traces.
