• Write.simple.* functions should be able to handle subfolder creation and parsing
• It should not bring in dependency from MarkdownReports::create_set_OutDir().

Instead

create_set_OutDir(dirGO, "Poz.Markers/id2/")
write.simple.tsv(poz.markers.id2, suffix = sppp(obj_name, cl, id2.long, make.names = T))

Do

write.simple.tsv(poz.markers.id2, subdir= "Poz.Markers/id2/", suffix = sppp(obj_name, cl, id2.long, make.names = T))
