feature_request: Option to install flatpaks as system

The current problem or need

I just did a restore onto a new computer and all the flatpaks from another computer were installed as user.

I use Bazaar to manage flatpaks and it ignores user flatpaks.

Describe the solution you'd like

Is it possible to make an option to install flatpaks as system?

Thanks for the feature request.
I will try to add this enhancement to the next release of Save Desktop. As a current solution, I suggest you try this method:

1. Import the configuration
2. Open terminal and enter this command:

   sed -i 's/--user/--system/g' ~/.var/app/io.github.vikdevelop.SaveDesktop/cache/tmp/workspace/flatpaks_installer.py

3. Log out of the system
4. From now on, the Flatpak apps will start installing as a system installation.
