After @vdk/shared and @vdk/data-pipelines has been open-sourced, VEP-1507 should be updated with additional details.

- Add explanation for the
legacy-peer-deps=true in .npmrc
- for data-pipelines/ e2e tests, document how the PageObject patterns(https://martinfowler.com/bliki/PageObject.html) is used in the Cypress tests (sync with @sabadzhiev )
