Can a network provider block VpnHood
When you are using VpnHood, it looks you are just browsing an ordinary website same as other websites. VpnHood does not work on packet level, and detecting the connection pattern is almost impossible because there is no difference between browsing a website or using VpnHood. Also, VpnHood does not use a common authentication protocol, and there is no handshake fingerprint. There is no specific error message or flag to let anyone detect the server is a VPN server.
Problem
But, your server IP can be blocked if revealed. VpnHood public servers' IPs changes from time to time, but they can block IPs of VpnHood servers.
Solution
To prevent that, you just need to have your own private IP and don't share it with many. Setup your own VpnHood or acquire a private VpnHood AccessKey from someone.
