Currently IntersectionObserver is broken in ALL browsers if page zoom is odd value like 90% or 110%. The threshold of 1 is never met if the child is the same size as the intersection root. I raised bugs for Safari and Firefox, Chrome already had it for years. I'm not sure if it makes sense bringing it here but I hope somebody here might help speed it up or clarify some specs or something. I think it's kind of a big deal.
