Unification of user UID and GID

Description

According to the tasks outlined in issue wazuh/wazuh-docker#2375, the certificate creation script needs to be modified to maintain the same logic used in the Wazuh Docker deployment.

This issue should be started once the previously referenced issue is complete and we can determine the required changes to the certificate creation script.

Tasks

• Modify the certificate creation process
