@Spomky Would you be open to this being backported to v3? We are currently stuck with Symfony 6 and therefore cannot upgrade to v4 of this library, but would still like to profit from this performance improvement. |

Base64UrlSafehas potential for significant performance improvements by usingext-sodium. This in turn improves JWT decoding performance.These adjustments are only applying the changes made in paragonie/constant_time_encoding between 2.6.3 and 2.8.2. It's essentially a dependency update.
