Transforming and shifting coordinates using CRS

Hello. First of all, thank you for a excelent library.

I need to transform and shift the coordinates of shape file features from one CRS to other.
A source CRS isWGS84, and the target is EPSG:2506. This transformation works fine, but custom false easting/northing parameters are not applying.

Is it possible to use these parameters in the current version?

I am a noob in cartography. Sorry for bothering you with that kind of question.
