Mouse Up Event Problem When drawing Background Image - Fast Mouse Move

It appears there is something not right when MouseUp Event is processed while drawing Background Image.
It is difficult to describe, however, this is what is happening.

After MouseDown is pressed, move the mouse fast in any direction.
While the mouse is moving fast, release the button.

Example 6 is used as a showcase.
A Background Image is moved a step further after the mouse is released.
The step depends on the mouse speed when the button is released.

This does not happen if the shape file is loaded without a Background image.

Please look at the video created. It is quite impossible to catch the issue using a screen recorder.
Therefore mobile phone was used.

Might not be obvious what I am talking about. Several replays are needed to spot the issue.
The video is short because of the 10 Mb Upload Limit.
However, the example shows what needs to be done to replicate the issue.
The issue is also shown if only the Background image is loaded.

I have had a look into this and I am a bit confused as to what you are trying to describe. I have tried to reproduce moving the mouse rapidly and releasing the mouse while dragging and it seems to behave as expected

OK, I'd like you to test as follows.

1. Download your Desktop Example 6.
2. Run it.
3. Comment lines where errors will pop up.
4. You don't need GPS to show. Could you just comment it out?
5. Add a menu option to Display/Not Display Web Maps
6. Play with fast mouse move/release as explained earlier with Web Maps ON and OFF.
7. You will notice the issue I am talking about.
   If you don't spot the issue please send me Example 6 where Display/Not Display Web Maps is included.

I have detected a mouse issue as described in Example 6.
Using your Egis Desktop and loading the shape file only the issue is gone :-)
