Ignore interactive runs when Factory scans for artifacts

We see many lines like this when the project scanner runs:

[project-scanner] Skipping configs-macos/MAC-116/20260224-1030Z-interactive: no run-index.json or status.json found — the run directory may be empty or incomplete; delete it to clear this warning

This is not an error. Interactive sessions don't have a run-index.json or status.json file.
If the directory name ends with _interactive, ignore it.
