this isn't ideal, but prevents the template from breaking for the time being
I think this was originally in Japanese, and the encoding seems to have gotten corrupted. The original link is long gone anyone, so probably not worth trying to recover it.
load fluidbox for anchors which link to images AND which themselves contain an <img> element. Just a plain text link to an image doesn't need fluidbox
