Remove formatting buttons and app name from strings file

We should remove the following values from the strings.xml file, since they aren't needed for translation:

• app_name
• underline
• link
• strike

For the formatting bar text, we can just set the HTML for those in code. Unless the formatting bar buttons can change by locale, not sure about that.

Fixed via 4902e49 - http://tools.android.com/recent/non-translatablestrings - we have to make sure glotpress import support this.
