- Rename changelog to make more sense - Remove mp_files, they can and should be added back as releases - Made plugin.ini ready to use. No one is going to install a plugin and not want it to be enabled. - Removed old .orig versions of files

Also basic usability cleanup. In addition to this PR, the old 0.3 & 0.4 MP files should be added as GitHub release files and the readme should be amended to link to those releases.
