When I use the tool the size of the extracted shapes are smaller than the same object found in the whole texture atlas. This means the extracted shapes are lower in quality, which is unideal. Is there a way they can be extracted at the original full size as seen in the whole texture? You can download a sample of matching .sc and _tex.sc files which have this issue here.
