What's the problem this PR addresses?
We weren't properly forwarding the
promisify.customsymbol when setting up the fs layer, causingpromisifyto break when called on the relevant functions (such as the asynchronous variant ofexists).Fixes rollup/plugins#194

The symbol will be forwarded.
