Failed to open TCP connection to :80

While parsing docx, pptx, xlsx, pdf the following error is being displayed

The code is pretty standard and shouldn't be the source of the issue

Even have a working jre

Any ideas on what might be causing this issue, or how to fix?

Looks like you already have something listening on port 80. Kill that and run it again.

Edit: Some operating systems wont allow you to bring a listener up on a port less than 1024 without admin rights btw. Not sure that is the case for Windows however.
