👋 Hello, I'm Yunseo Kim, founder of Windlass. Currently building infrastructure for the next generation of software: AI agents.
My focus has shifted from physical energy to the fundamental infrastructure of the AI era. As autonomous AI agents rapidly become an integral part of modern software, the ecosystem is suffering from severe fragmentation and security vulnerabilities. I believe that the ability to safely package, distribute, and verify these AI components is the most critical bottleneck in the generative AI economy today.
At Windlass, I am building the definitive supply chain infrastructure for this new paradigm. I lead the development of Agent Volumes (an open standard for AI agent components), alongside Alexandria (a secure, centralized registry) and shelf (an intuitive CLI package manager). By providing seamless compatibility and robust security verification, we empower developers to build and deploy AI agents with absolute confidence.
This standardized supply chain is just the beginning. Ultimately, I am laying the groundwork for a scalable agent harness and unified collaboration platform—a future workspace where human intelligence and autonomous AI agents can interact, orchestrate, and work together seamlessly.
I believe that a robust, interconnected AI ecosystem will arrive "when mankind needs it—and that time is 2026"!
