python 3.14 は libsql-experimental（sqlalchemy-libsql 経由）が未対応で、backend ビルド/テスト（test-backend・codegen-drift・smoke-backend）が失敗します。pyproject.toml のコメントおよび renovate.json5 の allowedVersions "<3.14" の方針どおり 3.13 系を維持するため close します。libsql が 3.14 対応したら再検討します。
