Introduces a serving-backend vs hardware-profiler split for Aether measurement. Adds CPU, NVML GPU, and mock GPU profiling interfaces, moves common measurement summarization into a shared module, wires SGLang to the selected hardware profiler, documents the extension plan, and updates CI to assert CPU profiler samples during the real SGLang CPU flow.
