feat: redesign website

I'm opening this PR because #171 has had no response in the past week. I'm hoping a more comprehensive redesign is exciting enough to motivate review.

TL;DR

A visual + structural refresh of zarr.dev. Five-pillar home page with an interactive 3D-array cube, polished pages across the site, and zero changes to existing URLs / redirects / deploy plumbing. All verification is automated; no new npm dependencies; the conventions page is deliberately untouched and the design accommodates promoting it to a sixth pillar later.

Could you please change these repo settings so that the new site deploys:

One-time admin click (~30 sec):

1. https://github.com/zarr-developers/zarr-developers.github.io/settings/pages → Source → "GitHub Actions".
2. Re-run the failed deploy job (or push any commit to main).

Verify: https://zarr.dev/ shows the new design; https://zarr.dev/numcodecs/blosc still redirects.

FYI this is fixed now.

I'm not able to merge my own PRs in this repo, so I'll need a ZSC member to.
