Github Pull Request live folders do not work

What happened?

In the GitHub Pull Requests live folder, the repository selection is disabled, and selecting “Assigned to Me” or “Created by Me” does not apply or submit the filter.

Expected behavior

Live folders should display the open prs that are assigned or created by me

Actual behavior

Live folders are empty and repository selection is disabled

Steps to reproduce

Create Pull Requests live folder > Right click on the folder > Hover over Live folder options > Click Assigned to Me > Popup closes > Follow the steps again and you will notice that the Assigned to Me is not selected and the repositories is disabled

I noticed this issue on version 1.19.3b. There were multiple PR tabs in my live folder when I left my computer last night, but when I returned this morning all the tabs were gone.

I then updated to version 1.19.4b to see if that would fix things, but the issue is the same.

Because the issue appeared on both versions of Zen, is it possible that something changed on the GitHub side within the past ~12 hours?

@Slowlife01 I think we need to change how we fetch the PRs, we should do what arc does, an individual request for each of the filters. Because github now doesn't support having multiple filters? Maybe there's hope with https://github.com/search/
