Updated fullstack test:

• Added new description of required vs optional

I'm not sure I understand the intent behind theses changes. What would be this test's purpose, and where would this new test fit next to the new "light" full-stack test?

It seems your changes would make the regular full-stack test significantly easier, about in line with the "light" full-stack test. What would be the purpose of having two tests of similar duration / difficulty? Shouldn't we keep this as a separate "hard" test for those willing to spend more than 2-3 hours?

We had a meeting on the candidate assessment process/assignments. Kumar asked that we take the full-stack test and add the required vs optional features back. I do not know where this update fits with the new "light" full-stack test.
