[feature request] color messages based on number of hops

What: In a channel, change the message background color based on the number of hops. The color scale should dynamically adjust based on the recent message (e.g. last 100) with the most hops.
A colorblind friendly color ramp should be implemented e.g. viridis.

Why: Coloring the messages based on the number of hops would provide additional context. Assuming more hops mean greater geographical distance between sender and receiver, having this information provides important context about the message content.

Implementing the options to color the background based on the message metadata would provide an easy way to visualize additional information for more context.

This assumption is quite bogous.

Depending on topography, there can be 7 hops just to reach two nodes 1 km apart. (Have seen that!)

(I do not want to invalidate your feature wish by that, only point out that the assumption is quite bogous. "Ripple-GUI" firmware for T-Deck actually can show distance in km, if the location of both nodes is known.)

ya i'm not 100% on the need for this as it doesn't matter if you receive the message then you receive the message, if you want to know details about that message there is information available. i'm just not sure that making the UI more complex has value, but others may disagree.

One could add a small "km" as well, if the geographical distance of the other is known.
