[Question] Does it work on other Unixes than GNU/Linux and macOS?

Does this actually also build and run on other Unixes than GNU/Linux and macOS? (E.g. the different BSD variants?)

I am not sure how operation system specific the Bluetooth code is.

Reason to know: To make precise statements when linking this project elsewhere.
