When destroy VM, it will release VM's IP address, the virtualrouter will send dhcp_release command to release the binding between IP and MAC. If some unknown circumstance, the dhcp_release might be not well handled (not receive or not response), it will leave IP binding info in dnsmasq cache. It will pollute future VM IP assignment.
