Ionic 4 -Does not work correctly

The module does not work like it should be with ionic 4 even when I install this version : ionic-tooltips@4.0.0-beta.0,

I have to click on the ion-button several times so I can see the tooltip.. and it it doesn't take the position that we mentioned ...
