Use binary data format for tx payloads in http-node

Currently, all payloads used between http node and the rollup provider implementation are test. This is very inefficient for the requests/responses containing transactions. It would be better if we changed these to use binary payloads.

I just implemented this in #929. I think it would make sense to do the same for logs.
