aztec-nr CI passes
--deny-warningswhen using nargo which prevents us from deprecating any function they use since the warning would turn into an error. To unblock #21321 then we need to remove the deprecation, get that PR to merge, then we can remove the functions altogether since they have no other users.Merged #21321 into the parent Noir sync
