Summary

• Removes the stale PR_POLICY_BODY.md that fix: resolve bottom layout spacing, remove info page footer search, and fix unit test regression #932 left on main. Sync PR policy body was reapplying that PR-specific template (with unchecked Clinical Governance checkboxes) onto later PRs such as fix(ui): restore Safari edge-to-edge after hidden-composer regression #933 after they were marked ready.

• Confirmed PR_POLICY_BODY.md is deleted on this branch and absent from the intended merge tip
