Closing as superseded by already-merged accessibility work (#23 and #29). Current master already includes generated HTML lang, UTF-8 charset, viewport meta, focus-visible styling, semantic <main>/<nav>, explicit link aria-labels, and hidden decorative symbols. This branch now only adds note/changelog material plus whitespace.
