IOU - Selected currency does not persist

Issue was found when executing #6755

Action Performed:

1. Click on "+" > Request money or Send Money
2. Click on currency and select any other currency than default
3. Go back and repeat Step 1
4. Click on currency again

Expected Result:

Currency selected in step 2 persists

Actual Result:

Currency changes back to default one.

Workaround:

Not a blocker since the same happens on prod. Removing blocker label. Not sure if this is an issue since i feel like the default should be based on the current location or policies default currency even if they were to change it for one request.

I guess its an issue since monil was pretty much working on it here. @MonilBhavsar would you like to tackle this issue since its related to your work? 🙂

We decided not to persist selected currency across session. We'll reset it to default currency on every IOU request. So, we can close this issue.
