App Component: Left Hand Navigation (LHN)

Action Performed:

Scenario 1:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Open FAB > Create expense > Manual.
3. Submit an expense with description that has mark down to user with no unsettled expense.
4. Open the DM.

Scenario 2:

1. Launch Expensify app.
2. Create a workspace.
3. Go to workspace settings > More features.
4. Enable Accounting.
5. Go to Accounting.
6. Connect to Sage Intacct.
7. Go to Inbox.
8. Wait for "upgraded this workspace to the Control plan" to show up.

Expected Result:

Scenario 1: LHN preview will not show HTML tag.
Scenario 2: LHN preview for "upgraded this workspace to the Control plan" thread will not show HTML tag.

Actual Result:

Scenario 1: LHN preview shows HTML tag.
Scenario 2: LHN preview for "upgraded this workspace to the Control plan" thread shows HTML tag.
