There was getWorkspaceNameUpdatedMessage in ReportActionsUtils that returns the same format for policy change name action as getWorkspaceNameUpdatedMessage in ReportUtils. The only difference is getWorkspaceNameUpdatedMessage in ReportUtils encodes the message with Str.htmlEncode. I have removed getWorkspaceNameUpdatedMessage from ReportActionsUtils since it is not used anywhere. And I have used getWorkspaceNameUpdatedMessage from ReportUtils to format report title in getReportNameInternal. Let, me know if I should make different change concerning this update.

iOS was something like build exception 65, and a long list of error on android while the build is in execution phase. It didn't work when cleaning the project, but everything worked fine when I used a new clone. And I have uploaded evidence for all platforms.
