[CP Stg] Fix iPad pro SignInPageLayout

Details

1. Fixes the isMediumScreenWidth breakpoint when screen is resized (variable was misnamed)
2. Removes an unused prop which was passed to SignInPageLayout component.

Tests / QA Steps.

1. Open the sign-in page
2. Make sure the image on the right side is displayed in full
3. Rotate the device. Make sure the image still is displayed in full.
4. Repeat the previous step.
5. Try on as many different devices as you want. I was able to reproduce this issue on an iPad Pro after rotating from landscape to portrait mode, and saw that it was fixed by the changes in this PR.
