This line broke my brain 😆 curl -s curl https:// ... ... is this right or should it just be curl -s https://... ?

I have no idea how it works, but copied from here rhysd/actionlint#162 (comment), confirmed it worked as expected, and just using curl once will result in downloading it twice 🤔
