Description
In about us page some text are implemented as English sentence fragment which doesn't always work in other languages
This PR makes sentence structure translatable to (see old/new values in en-US
Also translated new keys for zh-TW coz I can read (and fix the text which I am not sure if it's wrong due to the previous format
