…aller hygiene) (#1891) Review callers 9cf49d2 -> 82c9484: picks up the week-of-06-29 calibration (#73: severity-deflation mirror rule, fail-closed validate-at-registration, secret-redaction routing) plus the #74 caller-hygiene docs. Validate pin -> same SHA: the caller validator now also covers gemini-*.{yml,yaml} callers (fail-closed guard gap from rocksdb-js#701 review feedback).
