Post release Beckhoff checklist

As a developer I would like to do these things after the release has been deployed on the instruments already using a TWINCAT IOC:

• (as a separate ticket) SANS2D - needs complete setup, currently twincat has not been setup on the instrument machine - SANS2D: Test Stober Drives (WC 24/01/2022) #6193
• LARMOR - probably needs axis setting up, don't think twincat -> tc change will affect this. Also needs blocks on air signal, bump strips setting up - LARMOR: integrate bump strips + air signals from Beckhoff #6963
• IMAT - definitely needs axes + blocks setting up on TC_01 - axes.cmd was not previously loaded by the twincat ioc
  - CRISP - needs recommissioning, though may not be currently in use

Acceptance Criteria

• Above tasks are completed with scientists approval

Why it is needed?
lots of changes have been made to the twincat IOC, including renaming it to TC_01 rather than TWINCAT_01 in #4669 and as there are so few actual deployments I think it'd be easier to do a manual check on each of them than spend time writing upgrade steps.

To review this, check LARMOR and IMAT:

• beckhoffs should have axes on (aliases)
• both will be disconnected, so will show up as grey in the ToM
• on LARMOR, the bump strips are correct ( a record in custom_records.db will be flipping the signal from the beckhoff, check this looks ok)
• on LARMOR, the air signal is clearly visible as a block (BenchLift) (LARMOR: integrate bump strips + air signals from Beckhoff #6963 is the original ticket for making sure this is propagated)
