Galil driver: check behaviour of new driver [timebox: 4.5 days]

As a developer i'd like to check the updated driver is working.

Acceptance criteria

The following need checking

• Review Galil Driver changes in Update to v3 6 101 EPICS-galil#84

• noted that WLPACTIVE_STATUS pv changed to to WLPSTOP_STATUS also GalilWrongLimitProtectionActive to GalilWrongLimitProtectionStop need to assess impact

• we may want to update our ioc to add _kinematics.req

• need to look at new nrmdc var and and effects

• galilaxicpp - sets hjog to 3 start of home in setuphome hjog%c=3 to "Tell controller home program that jog off switch is done already" - check if this needs a change to our custom homing

• noted that ctrlUseMain -> motorIsServo

• check syncPositions logic (motor/encoder)

• See if new galil driver: soft limits preventing a home #8550 and New galil driver: set/use not working #8549 apply
