[Bug][5.2.0-beta3] Full screen video bottom not covered due to fix for issue 2491

Describe the bug

When opening a video, short or landscape, in fullscreen, a tiny space in the bottom is not covered by the fullscreen video and showing next video feed, likely due to fix for #2491. The attached screenshot shows that for shorts. (Note the bottom.)

Hey @InfinityLoop1308, i'm taking these so we don't double up on them:

• this one ([Bug][5.2.0-beta3] Full screen video bottom not covered due to fix for issue 2491 #2517): looks like a side-effect of the edge-to-edge inset work (fix(ui): keep the mini player above the navigation bar in edge-to-edge PipePipeClient#53). the bottom inset that keeps the mini player above the nav bar also kicks in during fullscreen, so it reserves the nav-bar height and leaves that strip uncovered. plan is to scope the inset to the collapsed mini-player only, not fullscreen.
• [Bug] Layout overlap issue, 'new feeds' popup under navigation buttons #2516: the 'new feeds' popup still drawing under the nav, same edge-to-edge family.
• [Bug] ui error #2515: a separate one, a scaleX set to NaN crash, gonna dig into that too.

reproducing all three now, i'll open a PR when it's ready :)
