This will panic in debug mode and log in release mode. It's useful when a backtrace would be valuable but a crash can be avoided.

This used to need a custom impl, but all of its members now implement Data.
This is useful to use a widget to show different images, e.g. as a slide show application.
This ensures that there are no data changes between layout and paint.
Often when manipulating a scroll view you care less about relative movement and more about just ensuring some portion of the content is visible; this API supports that case.
