Loading a folder with a gt file in it, then emptying out gt field, still triggers failed load of empty file

Describe the bug
If a CSV or JSON exists alongside imagery, then the Annotation File field is deleted, DIVE desktop still attempts to load some empty file, yielding something such as the attatched. Often if a csv is in a folder we want to load the imagery empty, so the auto-fill/auto-detection of Annotation File field with the CSV filepath is sometimes helpful, but sometimes annoying - for the latter we should at least have a way to back out of it easily if autofilled

I'm having some difficulties in reproducing this error, using the downloaded JRS_8 collection. I load it and it auto detects and csv. I clear it using the X in the interface and am able to load the data properly.
What version are you using (Setting -> bottom of the screen will include version and build commit).
I know this was an issue in older versions but it should be resolved now.

Pressing the 'X' next to the annotation CSV/JSON field at the right side of this dialogue triggers the JSON file to not be loaded, but emptying out the filepath does not
