Clarify wording for Learn More screen in Uncertain Delivery State

Modify wording to be consistent with OmniBLE PR 104 with addition of words about cycling the RileyLink to clarify actions for a user who is in an uncertain delivery state.

I was able to test this for an Eros pod. See the method in the next comment. The wording was modified based on several tests.

Improved test method:

1. set Loop to closed-loop with Temp Basal Only dosing strategy and feed it with Nightscout as CGM using an unannounced meal trace (increasing glucose to force frequent TB changes)
2. phone should be connected to an Eros pod using a rileylink (I'm using one with a Medtronic Antenna to deliberately downgrade RF signal)
3. When system is operating nominally (green loop), then insert Rileylink in faraday bag and wait for Uncertain Comms screen to appear

This test used PR #25 (which fixes Loop Issue 2118) in addition to PR 23.

Top row - comes from LoopKit and is not modified.
Middle row - shows top, middle and bottom of the screen addressed by this PR
Bottom row - shows the screen shown after comms are restored (not modified by this PR)
