This is all the commits from #2279 pertaining to the webpaste package.
This PR fixes #2278 and #2277. It adds support for pasting to paste.gg, and reworks the class hierarchy to make it easier to add new services. Additionally, support for services that require auth tokens has been simplified.
The one additional commit this PR has over #2279 is 55a9d10. Which brings multi-file pastes to parity with the older single-file pastes. I'll open a PR for the other MV plugins to support this.
