This PR adds Cluster Stack Provider OpenStack (CSPO) component docs and displays the cluster stacks on the overview map. The CSPO component is part of the KaaS V2 bundle.

Related to #136

CSPO docs refactoring done within: SovereignCloudStack/cluster-stack-provider-openstack#111

@maxwolfs just FYI:

  • CSPO is just one sub-project that is part of KaaS V2 (commonly known as cluster-stacks)
  • So the hierarchy could be as follows:
    • KaaS V2:
      • Cluster Stacks
      • Cluster Stack Operator
      • Cluster Stack Provider OpenStack
      • Cluster Stacks CTL
