World Builder crashes

@Caball009 How to reproduce this? I launch World Builder and load a map and it does not crash. I do see the black world though.

Try building the WB with RTS_BUILD_OPTION_DEBUG enabled. It crashes on startup for me shortly after the disclaimer TOS message.
